I received a text on the 7th saying my account has been "charged for an 2GB extra data block" (and found $10 was debited from my account). But I have plenty of data, it was only day 2 into a new billing period which is paid by direct debit! I also received a text saying my "data is now barred as I have insuffient Prepaid balance". I dont have a Prepaid account!
The data still works but I would appreciate the $10 being refunded please.
