Forgot to activate sim

I didn't activate my sim before porting number, now I can't log on to do it as it isn't recognizing my password and needs to send an sma but I can't receive an sms. Have tried calling multiple numbers but says I need to activate sim first

During the porting process, the old SIM must be kept active so you can receive the porting authorisation SMS. In your case, you may need to contact your old mobile service provider to re-activate your account so we can proceed with the porting.

 

If you need more info about the activation, you can send us a private message with your customer ID or mobile number so we can look into your account.
