Has anyone had issues with Data being bought with prepaid balance?

I have been charged for 10GB of extra data in a 30 minute period despite not requesting it. I received the email that 100% of my data allowance had been used after they had already charged me
For 4GB of data. I disputed ever using so much data but the “investigation” said I did. TPG have promised to call be back many times but never do. I have asked for the prepaid balance of over $300 to be returned to me - first requested over a week ago and still waiting for it. The $300’has disappeared from my available prepaid balance but I have yet to receive it. Each time I ring up they put me on hold and nothing gets fixed. I would like to contest the 10GB of data they are alleging I used and want to know the best way of doing this. Has anyone else had a similar issue?
