How can I apply for a SIM card replacement while I am abroad

My sim card is very old mini-SIM card. 

I would like to replace a new nano-SIM, but I'm currently not in Australia. Can TPG support sending a new card overseas?

We do not send out the SIM card replacement or order overseas.
