How do I get support for Re-activating international roaming when overseas

Activated roaming before leaving Australia but received email from TPG advising it had been deactivated after arriving at destination with no means to access account, support pages or connect to a telephone network. Support and account pages return a Forbidden access and emails return as error in address. First question entered in welcome area has not returned any response in 24 hours.
