How do i verify if an email from tpg is not a scam

I received an email from tpg to say that they were unable to pay a bill with my credit account.

I only pay with a debit account

the from address is as follows [notifications@tpg.net .au {invoice_798r79696473781678@iinet-connect.info}

is that a real tpg address as I checked my account and it states no money owed
