I have lost my phone. How to I report this without a phone and how do I get a new sim card.

We tried to search for your account using your community details to no avail.
Our Mobile team needs to speak to the account holder to discuss the new TPG SIM card order. Please send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number along with your preferred time and best number to be contacted.
