I ordered a SIM card from TPG on 28/09/2022, and received an email saying its been shipped on 29/09/2022. However, I still havent received the SIM card. I would appraciate it if someone could check the card's status for me.
We'd be happy to check the status of the delivery. Any chance you can send in your Customer ID or username via PM so we can check your account?
