Have you tried turning Off and on your mobile phone? If yes, try to select manually the network on your phone.
You need to select Vodafone/Optus.
Check if the incoming and outgoing calls are working.
If the service is still not working, try to use another handset to test the SIM card. If still failed, please shoot me a PM with your TPG mobile number or customer ID number.
I'd like to look into it further.
