Get online support
I'm currently overseas and didnt activate international roaming before I left. I thought I could simply log in to my TPG account and activate it from the Control Panel. However, when I tried to log in to my account I got the following message "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with the administrator". First I thought I needed to reset my password but this is impossible in any case without text security codes sent to my mobile. However the same message appears even when I simply click on the support tab on the account login page.
Critically, I need text message security codes to manage my finances while im away (about 8 weeks). To make matters worse I accidentally logged out of my travel money account and cant get back in without text security codes - my finances are in a perilous state.
Please help me !
