I need to activate roaming but can’t log in my account

I’m in overseas right now and I need to receive OTP. But I couldn’t receive it. I tried logging in to My Account to activate my roaming but it said “Error 403 - Forbidden” the requested URL was rejected. Tried on my phone and laptop. Nothing

How do I private message (PM) in the community

Hi there, I also want to activate international roaming on my mobile and forgot to activate before I left. I am now overseas and cannot login as it asks to verify via mobile. Can someone help please?

Also I tried to PM a moderator, but cannot find the message button, see file attached.

Can you please advise on how to message someone if there is no message button?

Hi @dancejl , welcome to TPG Community!

We've set a requirement where a new member must reach Level 2 to be able to send a PM. To reach this level, you just need to post or comment on a thread.
 

In saying that, you should now be able to send us a private message. Let's have your details and we'll activate your roaming.
