Get online support
We have been trying to change our mobile phone plan over about 4 weeks. We have made numerous calls to the customer services phone number, we have sent texts and emails. We have asked the customer services staff to escalate the issue to their supervisors, had numerous promises of returned calls and emails but the issue is still unresolved. How do we escalate this issue to someone who can sort it out?
