In HK, data roaming not working

In HK now but my data roaming isn’t working. I notice that I am on orange France and I can’t change the apn. Not sure what to do. Going to China and not sure if the data roaming will work

If you have turned on your Roaming service prior to travelling, we recommend that you check out this article: International roaming troubleshooting guide
