I have had the same issue for a month now, still no resolution

Same issue had the run around for 3 weeks now. Just cancelled my mobile service after 14 years as a loyal customer and went to Vodafone direct. Took 10 mins to get phone up and running. No help from TPG after being told repeatedly that "its been elevated to Tech 2".. In 3 weeks made a phone call every day to ask "Whats going on with my phone???" Can only be B/Sd Too so many times..
