Hi Dear,

Currently, I am not able to make international calls using my mobile number. I have tried to
see the status of my outgoing international calls, but it says it is
active. When I tried to make international calls it says "it is not
authorized to make this call, please contact your telephone service
provider". Would you please help me figure this problem out?
