Hi,
I'm looking for some help with the following problem - I'm unable to get international data or network service for a pre-paid sim card. I'm currently in Singapore.
I have enabled international roaming, I can see the $500 has been deducted from my bank account, have restarted my phone several times, but, not able to get it to work. Tried SMS to myself, but, that's not working either. Am using an iPhone 12.

Sorry to learn that you are experiencing difficulty with the roaming service. We'd love to assist you however, I am unable to locate your account using your Community details.
Kindly send your Customer ID or your TPG mobile number via private message so we can pull up your account and check the status of your roaming service.
