I recently put a question on here to have my international data roaming activated as I am currently overseas and cant login to my TPG account because it required me to confirm a 2FA code which I dont recieve. I received a response from 'BasilDV' who emailed me a form to complete.
I have completed this form and upon completion I was told that I would receive a text message within 2 business days.
The whole reason I submitted this form was to have my international roaming turned on as I can’t do it myself due to not receiving text messages as a direct result of my international roaming being off.
I have still not received any text messages from TPG. I don’t understand how I am meant to proceed with this if the process depends on me having service overseas. Can you please let me know a solution?
