I'm currently overseas in the UK and would like to set up my international roaming just for one day as i need to receive an urgent text message in order to log in and sign my home loan documents. Unfortunately, in order to set up the roaming in my TPG online account, I need to receive a text message which obviously i cant do as i haven't been able to set up my roaming yet! Can I activate my roaming over the phone and if so, how long does it take to activate and will people be working in the call centre on Christmas Day? Thank you!
