International Roaming

I'm currently overseas in the UK and would like to set up my international roaming just for one day as i need to receive an urgent text message in order to do some banking. Unfortunately, in order to set up the roaming in my TPG account, I need to receive a text message which obviously i cant do as i haven't been able to set up my roaming!

Any help?
