As advised on the above thread, the exclusion of Nepal was a Management decision due to the increased cost from our suppliers.
We informed our customers via email correspondence and this was sent on 26 November 2020. The subject line was: Mobile International Call Rate & Inclusion Change.
Should you not find it on your inbox, kindly check your spam/junk folder. The email was sent to the email address registered on file which is attached to your TPG mobile number.
