Get online support
I am trying to make a call the the US but keep getting a message that says my account balance is insufficient to make the call? My account is paid and up to date, what do I have to do to make this (very important!) call. PLEASE HELP!
To fix my problem of trying to call an international number, I needed to add balance to my account (which is a small plan and does not include international minutes). After adding $10 balance to my account I was able to go ahead with my phone call.
