Hello,
I had enabled international roaming before leaving Australia to India and I even got the sms and email confirmations for the same. However, I see No Service since I landed in India and unable to use international roaming. I need this badly for my work. I cannot even sign-in to my online account to check as it requires an OTP. Also, unable to call TPG due to no service and I couldn't find an email ID of TPG for customer complaints. Hence thought of posting my issue here. Please help.
