International roaming not working, unable to access account with 2-step verification.

Hi there,

I activated international roaming before leaving Australia. SMS confirmed activated.

Currently in Singapore, my international roaming is not working.

I tried to access My Account online but cannot get pass the 2-step verification that asks for a OTP sent to my mobile number - which I cannot access because my international roaming is not working.

Some assistance please. Thank you.
