Invalid Sim/SOS only

I have just received an email this morning informing me about my sim activation. My old sim is no longer working with my previous provider. When I inserted your sim, it’s either invalid or SOS only. Mind you, I have tried to troubleshoot by shutting down my phone, no option to manually choose network since I have no network coverage. I needed my phone for work. And it’s such a BAD TIME to be cut-off. I’m disappointed because I never had any issue with other networks before when I switch to their service. Please work on this ASAP. My number is 0410954283.
