I received an email from TPG informing me that my phone number has been deactivated due to the shutdown of the 3G network. I am now trying to change my plan, but I cannot log into my TPG account because I am unable to receive the verification code. I have already filled out the
Identity Form on this link https://www.tpg.com.au/identity as requested by TPG.
Is it possible to temporarily activate my 3G network so that I can receive SMS messages to log into my account and modify my mobile plan?
