Get online support
I have accidentally locked my SIM card and need a PUK code to unlock it.
To retrieve a PUK code, I need access to my TPG online account, but I have forgotten my login details.
To reset my password requires TPG sending a new temporary password to my phone.
But my SIM is locked, so I can't access my phone messages.
I am unable to call the support line as my SIM is locked.
Could you please advise, bearing in mind that I am unable to use my phone?
