Messages not being sent

On my iPhone, I can receive messages and send messages, but the recipient on an android phone is not receiving them. The messages are showing as being sent I can receive and make phone calls to the recipient. I have just tried sending a text message to an iPhone user and they are receiving my text messages.

Who's the service provider of the Android users? How many Android users have you tried to send an SMS?

Did they check if your number is blocked? Kindly send the number of the Android user via PM for us to confirm that it was sent.
