Dear Sir/Madam,
I have my referrence number: 73315175.
After talking to Brian in the Mobile support team.
I used Data roaming while I was overseas, I still have $230.40 in my prepaid balance on 21/4/22 as the screen shot in the file attached (from 21/4/2022 have not used any roaming data).
After a long period I can not login to my account, because of the security check identity , TPG has reset my account, now my prepaid balance is set to zero dollar.
Could you please fix the problem and put the prepaid money back in my account of $230.40.
Attached files show the screen shot of the current prepaid balance from 21/4/2022 was $230.40, and current prepaid balance from 21/2/2024 is $0.
