Hello,
I had called TPG support on the 14th of March which was day before yesterday and requested to cancel my Mobile Plan. I was transferred to a Cancellation Specialist who confirmed the cancellation was done and said I would be receiving a cancellation email within 24-48 hours. I haven't received any email and when I login to my TPG online account it still shows active. Can someone please confirm if the plan has been cancelled and I will not be further billed.
