Hello, I had called TPG support on the 14th of March which was day before yesterday and requested to cancel my Mobile Plan. I was transferred to a Cancellation Specialist who confirmed the cancellation was done and said I would be receiving a cancellation email within 24-48 hours. I haven't received any email and when I login to my TPG online account it still shows active. My SIM order was taking ages to be dispatched, so I requested the mobile specialist to cancel the order and issue refund because I could not wait anymore and that I was going to purchase a SIM from a different provider - he said he would comply and proceed with the cancellation. Lo and Behold, within 2 hours got an SMS that my hardware has been dispatched. That's the last update I got on Wednesday and since then there's no tracking update and it's still waiting to be picked up from sender.   Most appalling mobile service I've ever used and will never recommend to anyone. What happens in terms of billing if don't active the SIM once I recieve it? Will I be billed next month? ... View more

I ordered two SIM cards (new number) over the phone on Sunday. She said two seperate accounts will need to be created for some reason.   1. Order#1 is in the "Order Accepted" state and payment has been deducted from my bank - No update on dispatch.   2. Order#2 is in the "Order Received" state but payment has been deducted from my bank - did not receive invoice or update or dispatch.   Why the difference in the order state even though they were ordered together on the same day and paid on the same day?   I can see other users on this forum complaining about not receiving SMS and other issues with their call connection. All this is beginning to worry me. If my SIM's have not been dispatched, am I able to CANCEL MY ORDER and get a refund.   Thank you ... View more
