Mobile Data getting no reception

All of a sudden this week, my mobile data gets no reception anywhere in Perth. i can't get my googlemaps to work, streaming music fails. I've not had this issue previously. I can't even get netbanking to work untill i'm in range of wifi at home or work.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Are you still able to make & receive regular calls/SMS? Did you switch to a new device?
