Mobile app not accepting login details

I installed the TPG phone app and it won't accept my username/password as correct, even though it is the same as my online TPG account, which i can access.

I reset the password, but no joy.

Hi @sera2775 

 

You can confirm your username/password credentials by logging into the web mail portal, in case your online based credentials were cached as a different combo on other devices.

Thanks for the quick reply. I logged into web mail portal using my regular credentials, ie. details used for TPG online account. I then used the same credentials for the mobile app, but no joy.

 

This has coincided with TPG releasing an updated version of the app, not sure if this is causing login issues.
