Hi, i have just join TPG mobile, i still have my old service provider name displayed on, hope that is normal?
I have also downloaded the TPG app to help check my account usage, but am not able to add my account, keep getting error feedback as shown in the snapshot.

Our TPG mobile application is currently under development and we yet to receive a release date for the new version. If you would like to access the account, you may login using our "My Account" website; https://www.tpg.com.au/home/myaccount.
We also did an article that you may find helpful this will give you details on how to check your mobile data usage.
