Get online support
I updated my NBN bundle last week to increase speed of internet, and since then, I have had no mobile data.
My mobile asks me to "Sign in to network".
I have attempted getting this sorted via the Online Chat, and each time they want to transfer me to another department, which NEVER WORKS.
I want this sorted ASAP. A week without mobile data and no help in getting it 'turned on' is not acceptable.
