We're aware of reports from TPG Mobile customers using iPhones (models 6S and newer) about issues with intermittent loss of mobile data (4G).
We recommend you upgrade your iPhone to the latest IOS.
How to update your IOS?
To update your IOS or check if your software is up to date, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
How to check what IOS you currently have?
If you're not sure which IOS version your iPhone is running, go to Settings > General > About > Software Version.
Please note if you have an iPhone model 6 or earlier, the latest IOS update available to you is currently IOS 12.
