Hi TPG My Mum has been with TPG for several years on a plan, no prepaid. She is having an issue where when she tries to make a call, she gets the "account about to expire, please contact support etc" so i'm helping her to try and get this resolved. Please get in contact with me

Thanks for raising this to us, we'd love to help and clarify this with our Mobile Team, please shoot me a private message with the account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) of your Mother also include your best contact number and preferred time.
Note: The account holder should be present during the call for security and verification purpsoes.
