The account expired means that there is a pending balance that needs to be settle. You may log-in to My-Account and make a payment online.

I checked my account and there is no money to pay what do I do next this is becoming upsetting.
Hi @langur12, once you logged in to the new TPG Mobile - My Account, it will provide you the option to 'Make Payment' if you do not need to update your saved mode of payment.
Or, we can proceed on processing the payment on our end. Just let us know if you agree.
