Hello!
I was in the middle of an esim swap and was following the instructions to log into my dashboard in order to obtain the esim details. However, it prompted me to retrieve a code from my SMS to verify my identity and I discovered that I am now unable to receive or make phone calls or SMS, or even connect to mobile data with the physical sim in my phone.
When I tried making a phone call to the help line, I received an "inactive mobile service" error recording. What should I do now, can someone help? Thank you!
