My Sim Card problem - can not receive some calls - 'your call could not be connected'

Hi,

I have calles the technical pannel several times, but they did not resolved my problem.

they just type what I am saying, and nothing happend!

some people can not call me and get 'your call could not be connected'

please help me through this

I have emailed, called, but nobody do something

I have tried any thing. this sim card does not work on different handsets

We're sad to know that you're having issues with the incoming call of your TPG mobile.

 

We're able to locate the account using your community details and we've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Mobile Specialists and the issue is now being handled by our Mobile Team. We will raise this with them, updates will be provided when it becomes available.
