Hi, so recently I activated my TPG SIM and I installed the My Simba app to see how many days I have left and how much data I have used. So I put my phone number in but it says “Please enter a valid phone number” even though I put in the correct number and my sim was activated. I tried my phone number, customer id and sim number but it didn’t work. I was wondering if you could fix it somehow. Or if I was doing something wrong
