Hello, I just received my SIM card and I activated too but when I login in the My TPG app, I can't login, I keep getting this error "Your TPG product is no supported by My TPG app" Can someone please help me.

Unfortunately, the TPG SIM account is not supported on our TPG App.
You may check you usage online via My account.
