Get online support
I ported to a new e-SIM, but then accidentally deleted the e-SIM, so now I can't receive calls or SMS (and therefore can't log in to the website).
I've filled in the identity form but heard nothing back. Can I please get some support on this - really need to get a working service. I would port out somewhere else if I could but I can't do that either without the ability to receive SMS.
I will PM an admin now with the details too.
