Get online support
It says my network is Westnet? I tried manually changing it but the only options is Westnet, Roaming, Telstra or 505 13. How do I change this?
I looked at other people's question and the only solution is to PM the mods except it says I don't have the level privilege to do that. So I'm stuck.
Also can't get into my mobile plan settings via my account. Keeps saying 'Failed to retrieve your settings'. Everything has gotten harder since I switched over to TPG mobile.
