New Zealand Roaming Not Working

Yet another post about international roaming not working - this is clearly a continual problem with TPG. I have enabled roaming on my account and am connected to the Vodafone network in NZ, and have received the introductory sms from TPG. But I cannot send SMS or call anyone.

Try this t roubleshooting and let us know how it will go. In the event that issue still persists shoot us a Private message with your account details (Customer ID/Mobile number) together with the best contact E-mail address.

I've contacted TPG separately and it looks like this is now resolved - I am able to make SMSs now.
