Get online support
I've started gettingf between 10 and 20 dollars billed to my phone account every day over the last couple of weeks. No way of reaching anyone for help. Phone is not being used for data at all so doin't know what's going on. Invoice jsut says Mobile phone prepayment.
I've been waiting on chat for ages. Woeful woeful support from tpg.
Got onto chat but the techs working from home doin't have access to the tpg systems - very painful. Amateur effort by tpg.
