Newly signed up, cannot find/enable international roaming option in the account

Hi there, I have just signed up mobile sim only plan but I couldn't find the international roaming option as shown in https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/SIM-Only-Plans/How-to-activate-International-Roaming/td-p/5156. Can anyone enlighten me? I want to enable my international roaming.
