Get online support
I am unable to make any phone calls or receive any phone calls since 4 days ago. Why is this happening? I have restarted my phone several times and also reinserted the sim card.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you've been in touch with our Mobile tech team and the case was escalated to our Mobile Engineers. This will be investigated and updates will be given within 24 to 48 hours.
