Get online support
Hi, we stayed in Marysville a couple of weeks ago, had full 5 bars service were able to make phone calls just fine but had no data (internet).
Rang Tech support (2nd April), went through all the network settings, etc but was unable to resolve. I was told that the call would be escalated and I should receive a call back within 48 hours, but as yet (2 weeks later) no call back was received.
This occurred on both my wife's and my mobiles.
So:-
Network selection Auto: service was "Roaming'
Full five bars of service with H subscript.
Data roaming: enabled
No access to data services/internet.
Any Ideas?
