No mobile 5g connection

I'm also having this issues. Have just signed up and changed over from optus and no 5g even though coverage map shows its available in my area. Have travelled around the nearest main city area which normally has strong 5g on optus,telstra and Vodafone and still only shows 4g

Has anyone else had any success with getting this working? Still stuck showing 4g connection only.
