Hi it is now 4 days since I raised complaint about no mobile service on my phone. It was escalated but I have not received any resolution yet. I got an email yesterday stating they tried to contact me. I have no network to recieve phone call. What do I do with my TPG connection now?
One day since i posted this and there is no reply from TPG. It was a huge mistake to port from Telstra to TPG. It is five days now and I don't have access to mobile service. I am very upset with their customer service.
